IPB held its first virtual AGM on Friday, 1 May 2020 with 30 of 51 appointed Nominees participating.  The AGM was hosted by the Board Chairman George Jones & broadcast from IPB’s registered office with IPB’s External Auditor & the following representatives of IPB supporting proceedings: Board Chairman George Jones, CEO Michael Garvey, Finance Director Enda Devine, Director of Legal & Company Secretariat Emily Chambers & Head of Marketing, Communications & CSE Tom Keane.  Questions submitted by participants were addressed by the Board Chairman, CEO, Head of Investments Frank Cunneen & Director of Underwriting Matt Rafferty.
