IPB supports Docklands Volunteer Day

IPB was delighted to support the 7th Annual Docklands Volunteer Day on Friday 5th May which was organised by the Docklands Business Forum. Staff from IPB rolled up their sleeves and offered a helping hand to improve the local area.

Over 100 employees from businesses in the docklands took part in the initiative including A&L Goodbody, Accenture, The Convention Centre Dublin, the Clayton Hotel, The Central Bank of Ireland, Mail Boxes Etc, Core Media, the Marker Hotel, Ely Wine Bar and Bank of Ireland. Activities this year included graffiti removal, mural painting, painting an Enable Ireland school playground, gardening and removal of flotsam from the canal. The initiative also received great support from the Inland Waterways Association of Ireland and Waterways Ireland.

The Docklands Business Forum is a volunteer association of business people in the Docklands area. Its membership represents over 40,000 employees, including many of the key national and international players in the finance, legal, digital and communications sectors.
