Mary is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland with over 30 years’ experience across insurance, pensions and asset management. A former Partner at Willis Towers Watson, she advised major institutional investors including pension funds and insurance companies on investment strategy, risk and governance. Mary is an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director across UK, Irish and European boards, with Chair roles on Risk and Investment Committees and a strong focus on sustainability as Board Sustainability Champion.
