We are delighted to announce that we have been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland™ in 2025. IPB Insurance were recognised at the 23^rd annual Great Place to Work Awards on Wednesday 26^th February 2025. This is our 7^th consecutive year to be named as a top Irish workplace, which is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

IPB Insurance was recognised as the 33 out of 40 Best Medium Workplace™ in Ireland 2025.

John Kearns expressed gratitude to all IPB employees for actively participating in upholding and fostering the distinctive culture of IPB, which is grounded in shared values. Kearns highlighted,
