Alice Foley joined IPB in 2020 and previously held the role of Member Relationship Manager until her appointment to Head of Underwriting Operations in November 2024 where she is responsible for day to day operations, overseeing controls and governance while focusing on delivering an excellent standard of service to our Members & Customers.

Prior to IPB, Alice spent more than twenty years with Allianz Ireland where she worked in a variety of areas such as Bancassurance Relationship Management, Direct Operations Management and most recently as a Commercial Sales Manager.

Alice holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Studies from University College Dublin, Postgraduate Certificate in Design Thinking from IADT, a Certificate in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Management and Leadership from SETU as well as CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.

Lorraine has in excess of 40 years’ experience at IPB Insurance currently holding the role of Reinsurance Manager since her appointment in 2014. She is responsible for the development and execution of the Reinsurance Strategy for IPB Insurance. Prior to her current role she held the position of Liability Manager and as a specialist in the area of contract wordings and third-party insurance covers was responsible for the development of the contractor’s insurance advisory service in IPB. Lorraine holds the designation ‘ACII’ (Chartered Insurer) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
