Jeannine joined IPB in November 2022 as a Senior Risk Advisor following a career of over 17 years in the Irish Youth Justice Service (IYJS). Jeannine has worked in both private and public sectors over the last 30 years with a specific focus on safety and risk management. Jeannine has an in-depth knowledge and experience of devising, implementing, and sustaining risk management with a particular focus on the environment, the systems required for the delivery of the business and the impact of human behaviours. Jeannine is assigned to the Client Risk Management service team. Jeannine has a H. Dip in Health & Safety from UCD and an MSc in Risk Management and Systems Change from TCD.

Ivor Heavey joined IPB in early 2016 as a Risk Advisor following a fifteen-year career in engineering/environmental, health and safety consultancy. Ivor is both a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) and Health and Safety Practitioner (CMIOSH). He has a Masters Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health and Safety Management. Ivor has worked across a broad spectrum of the industry including civil engineering (project design, planning and supervision) and specialised in accident investigation, the preparation of litigation reports and presenting expert witness testimony in the District, Circuit and High Courts. Ivor has conducted many environmental, health and safety system management audits for various clients throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom and is focused on process improvement and risk management to create safe, more efficient work places with an emphasis on business continuity and good governance within organisations. Ivor is a competent Environmental,

Health and Safety (EHS) trainer and has delivered many courses for clients in the area of risk management, Driver Certificate of Professional Competency (CPC), machinery training, manual handling and chemical safety over the past number of years.

Robert Moore joined IPB in 2014 as a Risk Advisor following a 17- year career in the Central Bank of Ireland, during which he gained extensive experience in risk management, governance, internal control and compliance. Robert is assigned to the Client Enterprise Risk Management services team and his main focus is on the promotion of good governance through the practice of managing risks that could prevent the delivery of corporate objectives.

Stephen Geary is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Civil Engineer who joined IPB in 2016 as a Risk Advisor with over 24 years’ experience in both the public and private sector working with various organisations preparing and implementing safety management systems, safety statements, health and safety plans, carrying out safety training and site safety audits and inspections.
